Warren Hetherington, Chief Operating Officer of CitySoft Consulting, was in the audience when Sage announced the winner of the Sage X3 partner of the year award. The award was announced at the Sage Partner 2024 launch in North Sydney. In accepting the award on behalf of CitySoft and CitySoft’s Sage X3 team Hetherington said, “the award is attributable to the combined efforts of CitySoft’s presales, sales, project management, project delivery and support personnel ”. Hetherington said, “Our Sage team is undoubtedly the most experienced and most skilled team going round in ANZ”.

It appears to be tied to these suppliers’ roots working with much smaller companies and software for smaller companies that require fewer project services, fewer resources & resource coordination, and shorter project timelines. The CitySoft team is built around experienced Sage X3 resources, and using an applicable mid-market project and support service delivery model”.
