CitySoft’s focus on Sage X3, as the one and only mid-market ERP for CitySoft, means our energies are directed towards using the available technologies in Sage X3 to create robust, complete and valuable business solutions for businesses, built on the Sage X3 platform. Sure, we create integrations with other leading Cloud software systems and smart machines, however we do so using the tech tools that make up Sage X3.

No one locally comes close to matching CitySoft’s cumulative years of Sage X3 experience. Our functional teams experience enables Companies to operate a tailored ERP that drives business efficiencies, reduces or removes the possibilities for collection of invalid data, and which applies business disciplines, business disciplines that are too often missing in other ERPs.

From day one back in 2010 when CitySoft took up Sage X3 we have invested in both Sage X3 technical and functional consultants. We didn’t take the easy path of trying to convert software consultants who had experience working with smaller ERP systems and smaller businesses into Sage X3 consultants. That approach failed not only locally but in other regions around the globe.

CitySoft adopted, adapted and applied a mid-market project approach / methodology that delivers successful project outcomes and went about creating a dedicated support desk service that reflected the demands for support from mid-market businesses.

The Sage Partner of the year award signifies to clients and prospective clients that the Sage X3 based business solutions supplied by CitySoft are fully considered, based on a huge pool of Sage X3 expertise and designed to deliver measurable value to their business.

Giving Meaning to the Awards

The award that CitySoft won in Berlin in 2013 was one of five awards handed to Sage X3 ERP partners at the Sage X3 ERP global event. CitySoft’s award centered on simplification – our ability to take complex business processes and present them in Sage X3 for maximum comprehension and consumption by system users. It was a prestigious award that positioned CitySoft as a leading global Sage X3 professional services firm.

CitySoft Consulting’s back-to-back Sage X3 ANZ Partner of the year awards are based on CitySoft achieving the highest sales revenue with Sage products during 2023 & 2024.

From a business perspective CitySoft has made a significant investment in people and systems which enables CitySoft to deliver quality project services and post-project support. It is an on-going process with the IT ecosystem continuing to become ever more complex and sophisticated.

CitySoft has a long history partnering with SAP in fact a continuous partnership since SAP Business One was launched in Australia by virtue of our merger then acquisition of City Software’s Business Solutions business.

There has only been one Sage X3 Customer Experience Excellence award in Australia / New Zealand, which CitySoft won in 2021. It was based on the results of a Sage customer survey, which so far hasn’t been replicated.
