Orchid Systems, in conjunction with AutoSimply, have released a new product called TeamWork which is an innovative new chat-based collaboration solution for Sage 300. It brings together three Sage 300 ISV products into a consolidated solution:
• The new AutoSimply Chat App (A/C Chat) enables multiple users to discuss and approve Sage 300 transactions within a smartphone chat interface, with all chats stored within Sage 300.
• Orchid’s Extender Workflow, which including the recently released Workflow Rules Engine. This makes it far easier to create and manage Sage 300 workflows, providing 25 (and counting) approval and notification workflow templates supported by an easy-to-use “What, How, Who” configuration tool.
• Orchid Notes, which allows chats to be displayed on related Sage 300 desktop screens.
